Last night on Mental Health Monday: "Rona-flavored Finances" (feat. Sheena Anthony of Feel Good Investments)

Last night on Mental Health Monday with Alexander Hardy, I talked to financial planner, project manager, and CEO of Feel Good Investments Sheena S. Anthony about getting a grip on your financial situation, launching a business, and making stress-free plans for the future inside this recession-stuffed global pandemic.

Plus, I read a selection inspired by Suicide Awareness Month, "I Didn't Go Home for Christmas Because I Was Ashamed About Being Suicidal," which I wrote in January 2018 for Very Smart Brothas. I discussed my progress since then, because I was in a pretty raggedy space at that time. Shoutout to living.

Oh yeah. Please like Mental Health Monday with Alexander Hardy on Facebook and if any of the conversations speak to you or offer a gem that stuck with you, share it with someone or 429 someones who might also enjoy it.

Holler.
